To ensure efficient and transparent procurement management processes for our employees and suppliers, we have implemented Coupa’s e-procurement solution in our purchasing process. The cloud-based purchasing tool digitalises the complete ordering process, starting with catalogue maintenance, through to requisitioning, approval, procurement and invoicing. There are several ways to collaborate, based on the individual requirements of your company. We would be happy to advise and support you in the introduction of the electronic purchasing solution and are also available for you at any time later with advice and assistance.

All Sixt companies will be successively migrated to Coupa. This offers you the possibility to work together with international Sixt companies in the future. In addition, we can use the system to see whether there are other fields of activity of your company in which joint cooperation can be expanded.
Performance
With the allocation of a PO (Purchase Order) and the possibility of electronic invoicing, the invoices you send can be processed more quickly.
Compliance
Standardised order information ensure that orders are always transmitted to you in the same format. The existing transparency and consistency offer a high degree of compliance, which leads to a simplified processing of order, invoice and payment.
PO-flip
PO-flip – this function allows you to convert an incoming order into an invoice: this reduces errors and speeds up the payment of the invoice.
ACTUALITY
You as a supplier are able to update your catalogue and master data independently. In this way you ensure a smooth procure-to-pay process.
