Our field of activity includes strategic and operational procurement of all products and services for the company (except direct vehicle purchase). In this way we are the linkage between our various departments, employees and suppliers. As a reliable partner, we determine cross-divisional demands and cover them sustainably and efficiently. To optimize and further develop our procurement processes, we introduce the cloud-based procurement platform Coupa in 2019. You can learn more about this here
DIGITAL PROCUREMENT – WORKING WITH COUPA
The entire procurement management at Sixt has been digitalized. From ordering to payment, we have created a process that enables a fast and traceable procurement of demands. As a competent partner at our side we have chosen Coupa (www.coupa.com), who provide us with a comprehensive, efficient and transparent procurement tool. With the help of this system, our requisitions, the approvals and the procurement process as well as the maintenance of catalogs and supplier master data is carried out.
